Who is the feel good program for?
Anyone who wants to learn about optimal health and feel good as well as those who would like to crack the code on how to achieve lasting weight loss. People who have sought out my help and thrived in my program include: people trying to lose, gain or maintain their weight; moms who are concerned about their toddler’s or teenager’s ADHD, digestive issue or eating disorder; couples who are shedding for wedding; and even health food junkies who know too much and somehow have imbalanced themselves along the way. The program is also great for women who have been dieting their whole life, are obsessed with cutting calories and overtraining at the gym (this one is tough, but it is possible to reverse a lifetime of this type of behavior and thinking to finally achieve lasting weight loss and balanced health). A lot of people come to me looking to increase energy and learn how to eat optimally to stay healthy into the future. Others come with goals to manage an eating disorder or clear up digestion, PMS, skin issues, PCOS, fibroids and other hormonal imbalances. The program is also for people whose doctors have told them that their cholesterol, blood pressure and/or sugar is too high and that they need a lifestyle change. The feel good program will give you the tools to transform your health and lifestyle and achieve lasting weight loss.
This feels like such a big deal and I’m not sure if I’m ready to make the commitment.
The feel good program is not difficult and you do not need to spend all of your time cooking and working out. On the contrary, my clients find the foods easy to stick with, delicious and satisfying. In fact, just like the best relationships, your relationship to food and health is EASY when it’s done right. All of the intense discipline, worry, hunger, calorie-counting and stress is the reason balanced health and lasting weight loss eludes most of the population. This program gives you the time and support necessary to rebalance your health.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance. However, I can give you a receipt that you can submit to your employer if you have a flex plan.
Will you give me specific recommendations, products and food plans?
Yes. We get specific, but not so specific that you have a hard time following the program. I will give you shopping lists, food plans, specific products and lots of recipes to follow.
Do I have to shop organic?
No, however, it is a good idea and helps with the goal of lasting weight loss via eating clean foods. I will give you a list of the most heavily sprayed foods so that you can be informed and make shopping choices accordingly.
How much do you charge?
$140.00 for each one-hour phone or video session. $995 for a package of 10 phone or video sessions (paid in full before the sessions start). **If you can I highly recommend doing more than a few sessions to maximize your success and quit your old habits.
My step-daughter came home for the holidays after working with you and she is looking so healthy! I’m not in NYC but can I do your entire program from another state?
Yes you can. I have several remote clients who have done great in the program.
Do I have to weigh-in every session?
No. The way I use the scale in my program is only in a way that contributes to your mental health. Some like to be weighed in by me and others choose to go by how their clothes are fitting. Some get on the scale but choose not to see or hear specific numbers (they prefer me to give them a general idea of how they are doing). Rather than putting all of the attention on the scale, I recommend that my clients put their attention on following the recommendations and how healthy they feel. If you are feeling healthier, more energetic and less stressed, you are on the right track to lasting weight loss.
I have insomnia, and haven’t slept since 1985 can you help with that and if so how quickly?
Firstly, take a really deep breath and let it out slowly. If you’ve been imbalanced since the eighties then give working with me a fair chance. You most likely need more than a few sessions.
